Experience: 8 + years in strategy, risk, or wealth management; prior Fortune 500/Big 4 or equivalent advisory background.
Education & Credentials: MBA, CFA, CFP®, or CLU® preferred; continuous learning record in data analytics or insurtech.
Performance: Demonstrated history of implementing enterprise scale solutions that improved client KPIs (ROI, loss ratio, or cash flow security) by double digit percentages.
Soft Skills: Executive level presentation skills and a proven ability to influence C suite roadmaps.

Agents serve as relationship architects for individual households, integrating insurance, trusts, and asset growth solutions within SOVASUR's ecosystem.

  • Licensing: Active life/health and property & casualty licenses in good standing across at least three jurisdictions.
  • Production: Minimum $5 M annual premium placed or 300 + active policyholders with 90 %+ retention.
  • ​Compliance: Zero regulatory infractions; consistent top quartile audit scores against Fortune 100 carrier standards.
  • ​Technology Fluency: Proficiency with CRM, e app platforms, and data driven needs analysis tools.

Brokers leverage market access to source best fit carriers and specialty programs that complement our internal modeling.

  • Market Access: Appointments with 25 + national and specialty carriers; strong reinsurance relationships
  • Volume: $50 M + gross written premium placed over the past three years with loss ratios below industry average.
  • Analytics: Ability to translate actuarial and predictive model outputs into placement strategy.
  • Ethics & Governance: Adherence to ISO 31000 / COSO ERM frameworks; spotless E&O claims history.

Sales Specialists convert interest into lasting partnerships by articulating SOVASUR's systems over products advantage.

  • Quota Attainment: 110 % + of annual targets for at least three consecutive years within a Fortune 100 or Inc. 500 environment.
  • Pipeline Management: Mastery of enterprise CRM workflows, multi stage consultative selling, and ABM campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership: Proven track record of hosting webinars, whitepapers, or conference sessions that generated $1 M + in influenced revenue.
  • Client Experience: Net Promoter Score (NPS) ≥ 70 across closed won accounts.

Management roles lead cross functional teams that fuse analytics, technology, and advisory services.

  • Leadership Tenure: 10 + years leading P&L or large programs (≥ $100 M) within Fortune 100, Big Tech, or global financial institutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Lean/Agile or Six Sigma Black Belt certification; history of reducing cycle time or cost to serve by ≥ 20 %.
  • People Development: Demonstrated success in building high performing, diverse teams with retention > 90 %.
  • Governance & Risk: Deep familiarity with SOX, NAIC, and global data privacy regulations; led at least two enterprise compliance audits without material findings.
